The Caribe Royale Orlando is the official hotel for ICF Converge 2023 and is where the conference will be held. This is an all-suite hotel. The standard one-bedroom suite has two queen size beds OR one king size bed, each with a connecting living room that includes a full-size sleeper sofa.
The guest-room reservation portal offers additional information on guest rooms and amenities included as well as hotel policies. 
Transportation to/from the Caribe Royale Orlando as well as parking fees are the responsibility of the attendee.
A valid credit card is required for securing hotel reservations. Upon check-in at the hotel, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your stay. No shows will be charged to the credit card on file for the complete stay, including taxes and fees.
The cancellation policy is five days prior to the arrival date. Reservations canceled within five days of arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax.
Caution: Please only book your housing through this site. Several organizations have been deliberately misrepresenting themselves as the official housing vendor of ICF Converge 2023. They often include hidden fees, may not guarantee room types, or may be a scam altogether. To help ICF combat these issues, please send any non-official ICF emails or phone solicitation details to support@coachingfederation.org so we can ensure companies are not taking advantage of the ICF community.

Once you arrive in Orlando, there are many different transportation options to get you around the destination. Transportation from the airport is accessible outside baggage claim for easy transfer to all area hotels via ride share, taxi, or shuttle service.

The U.S. Department of State issues visas to foreign nationals traveling to the United States through its embassies or consulate. However, you do not need a visa to attend ICF Converge 2023 if you are a citizen of any of the 39 countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). If a visa is required, you will need to apply for a B-1 Visitor visa. Apply for a B-1 Visitor visa.
If you visit the U.S. under the VWP, you must get an approved travel authorization before your trip. Authorization approvals are determined using the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA).
Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your period of stay in the U.S. (unless exempt by country-specific agreements).

Tickets are valid seven days before, during, and seven days after the meeting dates. To enter a park, both a park reservation and valid ticket on the same day are required.
