Anik Clemens, ACC, joined ICF in 2018, first as a regional development manager, then as volunteer engagement director, and now as strategic development director of North America, Latin America, and Caribbean (NALAC). In this role, Anik focuses on developing local and regional markets, deepening member and volunteer engagement, developing long-term partnerships, and sustaining healthy chapter communities.
Anik has been a coach and ICF member since 2015 and served as a chapter leader for two years. Prior to coaching, Anik worked for the federal government as a biologist, where she led a fisheries policy team to help conserve our natural resources.
Anik has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in German Literature from the University of California at San Diego. Anik completed her coach training with the Quantum Success Coaching Academy and is a Genos International Emotional Intelligence Practitioner. Anik is fluent in German and English.
