Nicole Scott, PCC, is an accomplished educator with over 25 years of experience in promoting teaching and learning for all, with a lens on adult learning and transformational leadership. Nicole is a dynamic, systems level leader who engages in extensive school leadership coaching to support school and systems level leaders with a focus on transformational, instructional, and organizational leadership. Nicole currently serves as an educational leadership executive coach. She supports early career and veteran principals with varied coaching strategies. She is a trained facilitator for the accreditation of district and systems level leaders as an ICF credential-holder.
Nicole is an organized communicator who has fostered leadership capacity as a mentor to early career and aspiring principals. Most recently, she co-facilitated the session, “Next Best Coaching Move: Courageous Coaching, Authentic Practice,” at ICF Imagine 2022, a conference for coach educators and trainers.
