Stacey E. Robbins, EdD, is a professor and consultant who uses her expertise in adult learning to support the development of inclusive leaders. Since 2003, Stacey has experience teaching, designing programs, conducting research, coaching professionals, and consulting in the areas of leadership development and learning and development. She has directed leadership programs for working professionals at two higher education institutions, including program evaluation and change implementation.
Stacey’s recent scholarship explores boundary-crossing team learning and the experiences and effectiveness of white diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practitioners. She has doctoral and master’s degrees in adult learning and leadership from Columbia University, and she is a Columbia University certified executive coach.
