Bethany Peters, ACC, PhD, is the founder and CEO of The Leadership Coaching Lab, where she provides coaching and training, specializing in leadership development, taking a coach approach to leadership, intercultural development, and transformational teamwork. She holds her PhD in organizational leadership and intercultural education from the University of Minnesota, and she has over 20 years of experience in leadership development and intercultural training. She serves as part-time faculty in multiple graduate programs in the fields of organizational leadership and education. Bethany is trained in coaching with assessments, such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Enneagram, and the Intercultural Development Inventory. She also is co-founder of The Coaching Mentors, a dedicated community of coaching peers who are committed to pursuing deeper coaching development.
