André M. Brown, ACC, is an experienced, dynamic, empathetic facilitator and program development expert with over 30 years of experience. He dedicated most of his professional career to the State of Rhode Island, including eight years as a clinical training specialist for the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families. In this role, he created and implemented trainings in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB).

André also works as a virtual coach specializing in DEIB on multiple on-line platforms, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and assists them in navigating challenging situations with patience and humility.
Beyond his professional endeavors, André is a lifelong New England Patriot fan and eagerly awaits Tom Brady’s potential return from retirement to restore the team to its former glory.
