Summer Joy Poole, PCC, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University, a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University, and a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. She is also pursuing a Doctor in Education at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research is focused on stress, coping, and marginalized groups in corporate America.
Shaped by her values of inclusion and empathy, Summer’s goal is to help organizations grow stronger by making strategic investments in their workforce. Summer has mastered communication and people development skills across multiple sectors including entrepreneurship, government, nonprofit, and health care. She is an experienced people strategist, consultant, and an advanced coach practitioner who leads organizations in creating the trust required to foster creativity, innovation, and optimize productivity.
Summer was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, USA, and is the proud mother of two curious and joyful Black boys.
