Using the findings of the 2021-2022 Coaching for Social Impact projects, this session will offer coaches tools and best practices on how to design social change in their communities. Over a 12-month period, the ICF Foundation partnered with Many Hopes, a nonprofit that works to rescue children from a variety of injustices. ICF credentialed coaches coached the six Many Hopes’ partner organizations to accelerate and amplify their unique missions, strategies, and goals, ultimately proving global social impact through coaching. Participating organizations: Many Hopes (N. Ireland), Challenging Heights (Ghana), Pothawira (Malawi), Foundation Alalay (Bolivia), Escuela de la Calle (Guatemala), Casa del Buen Trato (Peru) and Friends for Justice (Kenya).
