Rossella Pin, MCC, is a certified mentor coach and certified coaching supervisor. She holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies. She is an expert in organizational development and project management with over 20 years of experience in leading companies. Positive and passionate about change, Rossella has successfully coached hundreds of newly appointed leaders and leadership teams in mastering their new roles and strategic development projects. She partners with internal coaches in group and team coaching activities, and supports them with coach training, mentoring, and supervision.
Rossella is also a global faculty trainer and Italian program director of the International Coach Academy, as well as the founder of MentorLab, which specializes in designing and supervising internal coaching and mentoring programs. She co-founded EMCC Italy and serves on the board of two Italian not-for-profit associations, providing solidarity coaching and mentoring in high schools and local communities.
