Morwenna Stewart has 25 years’ experience as a writer, editor, trainer, and coach, in public and private sectors. She is passionate about supporting people to achieve equality, work at their best, and enhance their quality of life. Morwenna is autistic and dyspraxic, and she has attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). She also has a teenage son (autistic and ADHD).
As a coach and trainer, Morwenna supports neurodivergent and neurotypical clients to work at their best, using strengths-based models. Morwenna believes that people are "creative, resourceful and whole" (Carl Rogers) and that they have all the solutions within themselves.
Morwenna also coaches and trains neurodivergent and neurotypical people to write books, graduate (PhD) theses/dissertations, and professional reports. She is an accredited trainer (classroom and online) and particularly loves supporting dyslexic writers to do their best work. Outside of work, she does yoga, swims, cycles, crafts, and is learning Spanish.
