ICF Coaching Education
Luke Davis, ACC, brings over 15 years of experience as both a senior leader in higher education as well as a non-for-profit executive focused on operations, learning and development, and human resources (HR) leadership. He currently serves as the vice president of ICF Coaching Education, leading the advancement of coaching education, training, and global organizational accreditation. He frequently focuses on helping associations and organizations realign their strategy, HR policies and overall organization, efficiency, and vision. Luke also has served as an adjunct faculty member with several colleges and universities instructing leadership development courses and curriculum.
In addition to his ICF credential, Luke holds the following credentials: Certified Association Executive (CAE) by ASAE and The Center for Association Leadership, , Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute, and Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
